However, not everyone has the time or opportunity to do full-scale cardio and strength workouts at the gym. Cardio training builds endurance and supports cardiovascular health, while strength exercises help maintain muscle mass and preserve youth and vitality.

Fortunately, there are two universal exercises that can help you stay in shape, healthy, and energized: burpees and jump rope.
