Healthy living: Fundamentals
A healthy living is aimed at helping to find harmony in life, prolong youth and prevent diseases, as well as get rid of bad habits. Lifestyle is the foundation of well-being, which can strengthen the body’s defenses and reveal its potential.
The main principles of healthy lifestyle:
- Proper nutrition, which requires a certain amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, trace elements and amino acids. This requires compliance with some rules:
– start the morning with a glass of plain water on an empty stomach;
– meals should be regular, especially breakfast;
– your diet should be balanced and regular;
– minimize consumption of sugar, salt and other additives;
– include more fruits and vegetables in your diet.
- Physical activity. Physical activity increase immunity, improves health, promotes longevity and prevents the development of various diseases. In addition to exercises, experts recommend doing morning PT and walking more in the fresh air.
- Healthy sleep is one of the most important component of healthy lifestyle. The most optimal period for sleep is the interval from 10 PM to 6 AM. To get a healthy sleep, it is better to completely give up caffeine or at least in the afternoon.
- Meditation. Concentration and self-knowledge reduce stress, depression, anxiety and fear, as well as strengthen immunity, stabilize blood pressure and energize the body.
- Inner harmony. When a person is in harmony with oneself and the surrounding world, with the right interaction of all factors, one is able to protect itself from depression and illness.
Steps to achieve inner harmony:
– enjoy life;
– less nervous, more positive;
– overcoming stress. The main cause of stress is our perception of events;
– observe the regimen;
– meditate;
– learn to live without bad habits.
- Proper thinking and actions. Everything we think about has an amazing ability to materialize. It is our thoughts that determine our actions and behavior, and their result forms the perception of the world.
The path to a healthy life is through right thoughts and sincere intentions. A healthy life is a sure step towards longevity!
