Vyeronika Gamiyeva: Caution, VITAGURU Changes Your Life for the Better and Restores Your Energy
Do not read! Because transformation and improvement are inevitable!
Vyeronika Gamiyeva is an entrepreneur, investor, advocate for a holistic and conscious lifestyle, and the founder of the ecosystem, marketplace, and online media platform VITAGURU.
In the interview, Vyeronika spoke about the idea behind VITAGURU, the main mission of the platform, and what inspires and gives her strength.
Vyeronika, how did the idea of creating VITAGURU come about? How did it all start?
The idea of founding VITAGURU came in 2015 from the desire to create an expert and assistant in the field of rehabilitation, health prevention, and the promotion of a holistic, conscious lifestyle. A catalyst for this was personal health issues and emotional burnout.
VITAGURU is an ecosystem that helps manage and develop 12 key areas of life: health, well-being, family, self-realization, lifestyle, nutrition, beauty, time, space, environment, spirituality, and creativity—with the goal of achieving happiness and productive longevity.
What is the core mission of VITAGURU?
From Latin, “Vitaguru” means “master of life.” This project is for those who want to master the art of a holistic and conscious life. Our mission is to become a personal manager of health and holistic lifestyle.
Everyone can change themselves, their habits, and their life for the better by simply deciding to live fully and use their full potential. VITAGURU is a catalyst for positive change. We teach how to manage energy, help restore it after physical and mental burnout, maintain health, and achieve longevity. VITAGURU changes lives for the better and restores energy. Caution—don’t read! Because transformation and improvements are inevitable!
The VITAGURU ecosystem helps restore physical and mental health, return life energy and a resourceful state for thriving and longevity.

What is the operating principle of your platform?
The VITAGURU platform is a media and marketplace for experts and producers of goods and services in diagnostics, detox, rehabilitation, recovery, anti-aging, prevention, and longevity.
Experts from all life areas—doctors, trainers, coaches—can consult clients and promote their services to a targeted audience, saving time for what they love. Producers of healthy and functional goods can sell through our marketplace. We handle all the routine. On our platform, we unite producers, experts, thought leaders, authors, and followers of the holistic lifestyle.
How would you describe your customer? Is your main audience women?
Our target audience is any person—man or woman—who wants to master the art of holistic living. These are people constantly short on time—businesspeople, mothers, highly qualified specialists, athletes, artists—those who live at high speed and need quick rehabilitation and energy recovery.
We provide “technical maintenance” for people on all levels. We help them stay informed about the latest scientific and technological developments in health care. Statistically, our audience is 70% women.
What do you think is the most important factor in achieving success in any area of life?
The most important thing is the desire to succeed and taking action toward your goal. There’s a popular saying: “If you want to reach your goal—walk to it. If you can’t walk—crawl. If you can’t crawl—lie in the direction of the goal.”
I believe it’s crucial to see your goal clearly and do whatever you can at any given moment to move toward it. The universe will then arrange the paths to realization. I’m convinced that any challenge can be solved if a person truly wants it and surrounds themselves with people who share similar values and goals. The best results come from the synergy of like-minded individuals.

What inspires you in work and life? What is your source of strength?
I enjoy sharing my experience. I’ve gathered a lot of information that can be helpful and interesting to people. That’s why I created a platform, a media project, and a community where people support each other.
Traveling inspires me—learning about the uniqueness of cultures and people. I always try to explore the history, habits, cuisine, and lifestyle of the places I visit.
What business advice would you give from your personal experience?
I don’t give business advice. I can share my experience, help someone analyze a situation, and give expert feedback where I’m competent. I believe there are no universal business rules, and you can’t build a business strictly by the book. Success depends on many factors, but the key one is the leader’s emotional intelligence and reaction to circumstances. Different people react differently in the same situations.
Tell us a little about yourself outside of VITAGURU.
I have a wonderful family and two beautiful children—three-year-olds David and Maryam. Before founding VITAGURU, I had a network of organic and natural products stores—BebioShop. I’m also a co-owner of the fruit and vegetable holding KULA. Currently, I’m the founder and CEO of New Life Invest, a company involved in investment, financial and tax consulting, capital management, and wealth management. Before starting my own business, I held top-management roles in service, manufacturing, and financial companies.

How do you handle life’s challenges, especially in uncertain times like these?
I don’t use the word “challenges”—they’re just tasks or things I haven’t figured out yet. I see everything as a step forward or an opportunity to grow. If I don’t know something, I find someone who does, and I constantly learn. I believe the answers are already inside us—we just need to learn how to listen. When something’s unclear, I meditate or sleep. Calm and rest are the best reset. That’s why people say: “Morning is wiser than evening.”
How do you manage to find balance in all areas of life?
Honestly, I haven’t fully achieved it yet, but I strive for it. I aim to master my life.
What does a holistic and conscious lifestyle mean to you? Do you have personal wellness rules?
For me, it means being present, being in the moment, being aware of what I’m doing, saying, eating, and treating myself, others, and nature with care.
I always ask: “Is this important to me right now, and will it still be important in a year?” My wellness rules: stay in harmony with myself, keep moving, and balance energy between needs and passions.
What are your work plans for the near future?
I dream of opening VITAGURU health and rehabilitation centers. We’re currently preparing a quarterly print magazine—VITAGURU: The Energy of Life. We’re also developing a mobile app—a personal health and lifestyle manager to help users manage 12 key life areas, stay in resourceful states, and maintain health. We plan to host events and masterclasses with famous people and influencers and grow our YouTube channel. We’re open for collaboration—inviting experts, partners, advertisers, sponsors, and investors to join our platform.
