All these dishes are very high-calorie and nutritious, and also have useful properties – they quickly satisfy hunger and supply the body with necessary vitamins and minerals.

A distinctive feature of oriental sweets is not only in nutrition, but also in the maximum content of natural products – nuts, cereals, dried fruits. The task of such dishes has always been a quick recovery of energy, which they cope with. What can be considered the most useful among this variety? Nutritionists advise you not to deny yourself such delicacies as Turkish delights made from natural juices with nuts and dried fruits, kozinaki and candied roasted nuts containing a large amount of nuts and cereals. The only thing worth remembering is moderation.

We can say that there is a time for oriental sweets. This is winter and spring, when the body needs vitamin support. During this period, sweet dishes from the East will help not only restore energy balance, but also help to cope with seasonal depression – they perfectly cheer up and make life sweeter.
