One day a week just for yourself
A modern woman is no longer just a keeper of a hearth. As a rule, she bears great responsibility for the family, builds a career, constantly learns and improves herself. The rhythm of life of a busy woman takes place 24/7, when everything sheduled by the minutes. Psychologists say that you need to pause and give out one day a week for complete relaxation.
Sunday is the best day for a good rest. Indeed, the traditional day when you can and should postpone all things and treat yourself falls on Sunday. On this day, even a fitness trainer advise women to take a break and have a good rest – no gym, no stress, no housework. This is not so easy to achieve, because the business schedule most often affects this dayoff. But it’s worth a try and then rest on Sunday will be a good habit.
Learning to relax. Many complain that they spent the weekend “on the couch”, but feel broken on Monday. No wonder, because a good rest is a science that needs to be studied. First of all, you need to build on your own needs and characteristics. After all, someone after a working week really just needs to lie down, and on Saturday you have to do accumulated housework, spend time with children or visit relatives. Therefore, to begin with, determine what suits you best – long-distance walks or relaxation in front of the TV on the couch. Remember the sensations and analyze if it is really effective.
Let yourself relax. Do not rush to scold yourself for having spent the whole day lying down! Of course, you are hardworking and appreciate every minute. But, as already mentioned, everyone has an individual approach to relaxation. To understand what type of relaxation is suitable, experts advise writing down their feelings on paper in order to make an analysis. Take a sheet of paper and divide it conditionally into two columns. In one part, write how you usually spend Sunday (TV, social networks), and in the other, what you would like (a walk in your favorite park, theater or movie). Compare and decide how best to spend this day. The main thing is to relax, and let the whole world wait!
