Hadu Gymnastics: A Universal Method for Health and Rejuvenation
Hadu Gymnastics is a full-body exercise system developed by Zviad Arabuli as a universal method for improving health and rejuvenating the entire body.
This practice combines elements of rehabilitation exercises used for muscle recovery after injuries and principles from Hatha yoga.
One of the key advantages of Hadu is its accessibility: people of all ages and fitness levels can practice it without limitations.
Core Principles of Hadu Gymnastics:
-
No weights or equipment. All exercises are performed without any sports equipment, weights, or machines. Resistance is created by engaging the opposing muscle groups, so both the contracting and opposing muscles work simultaneously, doubling the efficiency.
-
Slow and controlled movements. Every movement is done very slowly and smoothly, with maximum muscular tension until fatigue sets in.
-
Activation of deep muscles. Hadu targets dormant muscles that are often neglected in regular workouts—tiny stabilizing muscles near joints, finger and toe extensors, neck muscles, facial muscles, and more.
-
Proper breathing technique. Breathing should be slow, steady, and relaxed—inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
Benefits of Hadu Gymnastics:
Hadu is officially recognized as a therapeutic method for treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
It can help with herniated discs, osteochondrosis, disc protrusions, vertebral displacements, scoliosis, arthritis, hypertension, migraines, and digestive issues.
Regular Hadu practice enhances overall well-being, strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and promotes rejuvenation of the entire body.
For best results, just three one-hour sessions per week are sufficient.
